Youtube is really start to get on my nerves?
Ok, so for the last few days Youtube videos will randomly freeze on me causing the tab to reopen, or say that a long script is running or the audio will continue and not the video. Its random and I don't know whats causing it.
I have:
Ran a thorough virus scan
Uninstalled and reinstalled Flash, Shockwave and Java
Disabled all toolbars
This didn't fix the problem so I reloaded my computer thinking it might be a software glitch, the computer has a fresh installation Windows 7 64 bit fully up to date and I am using IE9 as I found IE10 too glitchy before I reloaded machine so I'm going to wait till they iron out the kinks to install IE10, its STILL doing it
Here's the really weird part its also doing in Chrome?
So any ideas, by the way I'm kind of a techy geek so you don't need to explain things in laymans terms I'll understand
One thing youtube is doing is a survey its on a bar at the top of the page and I'm wondering if the script from that is causing the glitch but I don't know how to check on that
Thank you if you can give me an answer to this

It could be your CPU integrated graphics crashing every time you make it stress.
Boot you computer in safe mode with networking and try it then, if it still doesnt work then its might your cpu/gpu if it works fine its a virus and debug w/Malwarebytes
