    1. If you are the assistant teacher, you should speak to the lead teacher unless it is about him/her then go to the assistant director or director. If you are the lead teacher, then go to the director.

    2. Friendly, energetic, and honestly. Never let the FIRST thing you say to a parent be negative about their child. Always say something positive then negative and then another positive, i.e. " Little joey had A lot of fun today playing with his friends on the playground; however, he seemed to be playing a little more rough than usual, Little joey and I talked about how to be nice to his friends and he did much better after our talk."

    3. I love to see how much the children learn and grow in just one year!

    4. Corporate day cares that want to control everything you do, Sometimes preschoolers make their own schedule and it is hard to put in place the lesson plans when the preschoolers are not interest at the time.

    5. Khakis, black, or brown pants and polo top. Nothing revealing or offensive.

    6. No as long as you don't get stressed out easily

    7. I have an A.S. in Early childhood Care and Education but usually all you need is a high school diploma or GED

    8. Very important!

    9. 19 now i am 29

    10. there is no typical day when working with preschools. VERY fasted paced because of their attention spans.

    11. PATIENCE, organized, upbeat, outgoing

    12. 8-10

    13. Working in a field with mostly women is always difficult due to gossip and chatty. Don't get involved in the gossip or drama. stay focus on your job

    14. I could be free to do my arrangement of lesson plans
