what happens if you eat an avocado seed?
i was making a smoothie and accidently put in the seed in the blender and i drank it... will avocados grow in my belly? will i have avocado babies? and if i do have avocado babies.. whats a good name for a boy or girl? randy? avongila?

Avocado pits (and other parts of the tree, like leaves and bark) can be poisonous to pets, but generally not to humans unless they are allergic.
large seeds that go through the blender are going to be destroyed. So... no avacado trees :b
But... if you toss in some strawberries, those seeds might grow... after they pass through your digestive tract.

If you are able to swallow avocado seeds, as in the ones I've seen from the avocados I've seen and eaten then that makes you a hot commodity in certain "seedy" circles... just sayin' avocado seeds are so big I couldn't imaging anyone eating one.
