Will the White(Caucasian) race eventually die out?

My anthropology professor seems to think so in the next 200 years or so

It's not going to "die out". Biologically, skin color (like hair color and eye color) is caused by the complex interaction of multiple genes and the alleles for light skin color are still going to be in the human population but, because many of them are recessive, they just aren't going to show up in the actual skin color of the population as often as they do now. Now, don't you wish you'd paid more attention in Biology:-)

btw, the idea of "race" was created in Anthropology but doesn't exist in Biology. Human skin colors are continuous and don't really sort themselves out into discrete, limited groups.

Intriguing, this is fascinating- the aspects you bring up. I am black and white blended, my husband is mexican and white, our 2nd son has straight dishwater blonde hair, and hazel eyes, which can be virtually green. If this was once the olden days my son could have passed correct into the white world, no question asked. I have been carded at his school just to be certain I was his mother (no difficult feelings with the university . Comfortable they're protecting my child). I guess my factor is nothing is exact in this world.
