Who are the bad guys in Syria?
I don't even know who are the bad guys? Are we supporting both sides? The rebels? The statist? Just Who is the CIA wanting to win if anyone?

The bad guys would be the Syrian government and militia forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad (we've hated them for a long time) and some of the rebels, namely hardcore Islamists, most notably al-Nusra front, who are al-Qaeda types.
Not all the rebels are Islamicists, though (despite what many people will tell you). Some of them just want to protect fellow members of their particular sect or tribe, some because they genuinely want to build a free and democratic Syria, some for very obscure reasons, and some are just bandits who now have some political motivation (banditry and guerrilla warfare having many overlapping skillsets). The Islamicists aren't the majority of the rebels, but they are the most effective fighters right now.
The CIA (and the US government as a whole) would probably like the non-Islamicist rebels to win, but that's going to take awhile to happen. And many, many people will die in the meantime.

As far as I, the average US citizen, am concerned, the bad guy in Syria is broken down to three levels:
1. The side doing the worst crimes in the area.
The government there may have used chemical weapons, that makes one for the Syrian government being the bad guy.
2. The side that is least in line with US National Interests.
The Syrian government has always been against US interests in the region. That's two for the Syrian government being the bad guy.
3. Which side does the people of the country side with?
It's a popular uprising, so that tells me it's the rebels who have popular support, though I could be wrong. That makes three for three.
In my book, the Syrian government is the bad guy.

US always want us Muslims to fight against each other, so that they could sell their fire-arms and ammunition.
