so basically,my computer has a virus. can I just buy an antivirus cd for it?

A. You should have already had one installed and running.

B. Yes, you can buy one but there's no need to . Download a free antivirus like Avira, Avast, Microsoft Security Essentials, etc.

if you don't have the time or money to get it fixed, you might consider investing the time to learn how to keep from breaking it.

otherwise, you need to take it to a shop. you don't just say "My sewage pipes in my house are leaking somewhere and I don't know where. Can I just buy some glue and put it on all my pipes?"

or "My car is really running poorly, and dies every five miles. Can I just change the oil and everything will be okay again?"

likewise, you can't just get a disc to fix a computer problem. computers, which are designed to do anything, can have any number of things go wrong with them. so figuring out WHICH virus it is, and WHICH parts of your system are damaged is not so simple.

anywayz, AntiVirus software is a PREVENTITIVE measure, not a bandaid...
