A foot fetish is the most common of all fetishes, and it is completely harmless. I have had one for many years.
What one foot fetishist likes about feet might not be the same thing another likes so it's really hard to say what how he might like to "enjoy" your feet. Some guys like "foot jobs" but I never got into that. Some guys like high heels and hosiery while others prefer bare feet and no shoes. He might want to rub your feet or kiss them during foreplay, he might want to suck on your toes. It might sound strange to you but if you can get past that, you might actually like the feeling of it.
Don't judge him for something he can't help, and something that isn't going to hurt anything. If you truly like him as a boyfriend, don't let this change your mind about him. Have fun with it and he will love you for it.
