You WONT be going to battle at the border. That's not how it works.

The cartels that go to the border are poor scared tired dehydrated unarmed men. Killing them is like putting a bucket under a leak, it wont fix the problem.

If you are serious which I seriously doubt, you need to get inside mexico and get you some rifles (not hard) and come out at night. Its easy to spot them because EVERYONE knows that night time is drug time. If having difficulty just buy some drugs at night and kill the guy. His dealer friends will come running THEN you have your battle.
