Are these names feminine or masculine?

According to the website I used, all of these names, both first and middle, can be used for both genders. I'd like to know if each name sounds feminine or masculine. I'd also like you to tell me what you think of the names/combinations. You can be as mean as you want, because I chose these names at random, so I don't have any attachment to them.

1. Cassidy Trace

2. Ira Tatum

3. Deron Haley

4. Camryn Tayler

5. Val Mallory

6. Teagan Ola

7. Devyn Lee

8. Blair Rio

9. Delaney Terry

10. Dallas Valentine

    1. Cassidy Trace

To me Cassidy is a girl name because all the Cassidy's I know are girls, Trace to me is a boy name, I know two Trace's both male.

    2. Ira Tatum

Ira sounds feminine to me, I only know two Tatum's and their both girls.

    3. Deron Haley

Deron sounds masculine to me, Haley is a girl name in my opinion as all the Haley's I know are girls.

    4. Camryn Tayler

Camryn spelt like this looks trashy. Cameron is a very masculine name. Tayler spelt like this is okay, I prefer Taylor. I think of Taylor as both masculine and feminine because I know so many of both sexes.

    5. Val Mallory

I think of Val as feminine- it's usually a nickname for Valery. Mallory is feminine IMO.

    6. Teagan Ola

Only Teagan I know is a girl, but I think it's masculine. Ola sounds feminine.

    7. Devyn Lee

Devyn spelt like this looks trashy, Devon is very masculine. Lee is both IMO.

    8. Blair Rio

Blair is masculine IMO, but I also like it for a girl because of Gossip Girl. Rio sounds masculine.

    9. Delaney Terry

Delaney is feminine, Terry is both- but more masculine.

    10. Dallas Valentine

Dallas is masculine for sure, Valentine is masculine.

    Hope I helped!

1 - masculine - this name is ok

2 - Ira feminine, Tatum masculine. Not a fan of these names

    3. Deron - masculine, Haley - feminine

    4. Camryn Tayler - masculine name Cameron Taylor

    5. Val Mallory - feminine name - older style female names. Not keen on these two names together since Val is the shortened version of the name Valorie - Valorie Mallory not a good name choice.

    6. Teagan Ola feminine, not a bad name

    7. Devyn masculine - Lee unisex Lee or Leigh. Not a fan of Lee/Leigh for either gender.

    8. Blair Rio - Masculine, know more male Blairs than female.

    9. Delaney Terry - Unisex - i Find these names masculine but i know both genders that have these names.

    10. Dallas Valentine - Masculine for both names. I know both genders named Dallas, but i find it more masculine.

    Trace isn't a name

Ira is unisex, depending on where the name comes from also a nickname for longer names

Tatum is a surname of English origins, so male

Deron is made up is that supposed to be Darren?

    Haley is male

Camryn is made up, Cameron is male

Tayler is made up, Taylor is male

    Val is a nickname/shortened name

Mallory is a surname again thus male

    Teagan male Irish name

Ola is a name in different languages/countries, in Greek its male, but in Old Norse its female

    Devyn is made up

    Blair is male

    Lee is male

    Delaney is male

    Terry is male

Dallas is a place not a name

Valentine is male - St Valentine was a bloke

    1. Cassidy is feminine but Trace can be both a boy and girl's name (but if it is for a boy then it should be the nickname for 'Tracy')

    2. Ira can be for both, Tatum souds more masculine.

    3. Deron is masculine, Haley is feminine.

    4. Both names can be for either sex.

    5. Val can be for boys and girls, Mallory is for girls.

    6. Feminine-both.

    7. Devyn is a masculine name while Lee can be for either sex.

    8. Masculine-both.

    9. Delaney is for girls, Terry is for both genders.

    10. Dallas is more for guys, Valentine is for both.

Nice combinations! I like them all =)

Well considering none of those names are girly at all, and are in fact more edgy I would say more masculine? But I wouldn't go around naming a boy Delaney and Cassidy or Ira. They're more tomboyish, but it works for a girl! I think if I had to choose for a boy I would pick Dallas, Devyn, Camryn, and Blair. The rest of them are more girl-orientented!

    Good Luck!

They all sound like boy names to me. Ola and Ira are the only ones that seem too feminine to use on a boy in this day and age, but the names they're combined with make them seem masculine.
