Are these consecutive paragraphs correct? Is it ok to use 'he' to start both?

He slowly got up from the floor and walked towards the nearby basin. He splashed water all over his face. His clothes became wet in the process, but the relief he gained made it worthwhile.

He walked back into the main room and switched on the lights. The table that he had sat at earlier in the night seemed to be stationed at an upward sloping angle. That made him feel a bit dizzier. When he got to the table, he sat on the closest chair and booted up his laptop. When he typed in his password 'qwe766azc1', he accidentally typed an 'x' instead of a 'c'. He typed slower the second time and got it right.

I think the first part would be better like this:

He slowly got up from the floor, walked towards the nearby basin and splashed water all over his face. His clothes became wet in the process, but the relief he gained made it worthwhile.

And I do think you are using HE a little too much. Does HE have a name?
