What subwoofer should i buy?

I have a 1000watt amp @300watts rms bridged. Should I buy 1 12 inch kicker cvr with 400watts rms or should I buy the new kicker comp R with 800watts rms . Then upgrade the amp in the future?

    in my opinion I would not buy a kicker, I just do not like the sound of them, nor do I think they are very loud. I would go for a JBL GTO 1214 or a Infinity Kappa 12" for that type of wattage. Have had friends with the JBL and I LOVE the way it sounds.

    If you're going to upgrade why not just save up and buy right the first time?

    why don't u put 2 alpine 10inch subs 400 watt each u got plenty wattage to power them...

    in my opinion i prefer them on kicker..

    go 2 12inch 1000wat each and i power them with alpine 3000watt great system and clear bass
