Why can't I install explorer 8?
On a windows XP. That is the latest version for an XP but the down-loader just freezes every time I try.

Get the standalone file and download it. make a copy. Then run it as an install.

I agree with chip
If your using XP internet explorer would be the worst choice for you. It is very slow. I would recommend Google Chrome.

I think your down-loader is not work.you can try new internet download manager & it is very popular down-loader.
