How long will it take me to lose 7kg?

I'm a female, 15 years old, 175cm, 65kg.

I'll exercise for at least 30 minutes a day

Food:

BREAKFAST

Porridge with banana and honey

SNACK

Vegetable sticks

LUNCH

Salad with feta

Fruit

Nuts

SNACK

Green tea

Boiled egg

Fruit

DINNER

Whatever my parents make

How long would it take me to lose 7kg?

    4-6 weeks it should happen for sure

    About two months. To decrease this time try exercising for an hour a day, adding in weight training. Weight training increases your metabolic rate and helps you burn more calories! Remember, consistency is the key to success :)

    Your most commonly over response eating four hundred an burning 500!!! Alternatively devour 1500 and burn 500 you failed to achieve weight your regularly self aware its dangerous to consume low calories so don't do it

    What really made me sad about your question is that you aren't overweight at all yet you want to lose weight. You DON"T need to lose weight. Don't listen to society's cruel messages. Be who you are and embrace the slim, fit, healthy and GLOWING human being you are and please don't lose weight because that could put you in a place where you definitely don't want to be.
