Do I have a mental problem?

This kind of thing happens often to me... my 2 siblings have aspergers and epilepsy (not both each) so there could be a high chance I have something too.

Whenever I lose something I get incredibly angry, I woke up happy as I had been with my friends and when they left I went to make breakfast etc. I then tried to find my Hard drives charger, and couldn't find it so I walked around shouting for ages and punching stuff, then I went into my room and closed all the curtains turned off the lights and sat there sobbing for about an hour and considering suicide, then i just instantly felt better.

The hard drive isn't even important to me, I just wanted to plug it in to look whats in it.

This stuff happens often, like if i lose something or something minor happens I do that kind of thing

I think there's something wrong with me

Update:

sometimes i have ocd tendencies too... i think

like i'll try and time biting my cheek to the tick of a clock

or whenever i say a sentence i try to pair up the characters like he ll o. in my head

i made up rules for it, capital letters count as two

oh god

Update 2:

i dont know about bi polar apparently online tests think that i have a high chance of it though (doubt they're legit)

i'm never like this with my friends though... its almost exclusively at home but it's not like i have a disruptive family life, it's a great family

I think that you may have anxiety issues and possibly suffer from bi-polar disorder as you mention highs and lows. However I hate putting labels on people so my advice would be to go and talk to a professional. There are some simple things that you can do to help, like breathing tecniques and have a look at Mood Gym (google it) that may help you to break any negative thinking.

It is not normal for people to get this anrgy about stuff. Though it doesn't have to mean that there is something "wrong". It could be because of your age and other stuff that happened in your life. I recommend you to talk with your doctor about this and see if you can have a psychologist to help you controlling your anger. It doesn't sound like something absurd and unfixable. Its just the fact that you have to calm down a bit.

That's an anger management issue, not mental illness. You can study how to deal with frustration better. Some counseling will help.

i could recommend that your buddy seeks help from a Counsellor somewhat than a Psychiatrist or a Psychologist first . Even going to the wellbeing care expert and discussing it with them will help find out the place the difficulty began from and then if he needed to work out any of the different 2 Professions, He might desire to be referred for help . the difficulty had to initiate from someplace and that's dealt with then the want take care of it . i'm so sorry that he feels this type . wish it extremely is of a few help to you ] Take care Knell 22
