I would like to know my options. I know I was used for citizenship we got married in 2007 I had no idea then. Soon as we got married he said we needed to start his paper work before the end of the year. One week later the paperwork was filed. His whole family was do excited infront of me they would say finally we could be citizens. It bothered me I kept telling myself no he does love me it's not for the papers. I got pregnant. We had a beautiful son. His mom would always push taking pictures later I found out immigration asked for proof of the marriage and what better way then taking an album full of pictures. years go by more i noticed. He gets to work have a license. he does start changing with me. in nov 2012 he told me it wasn't working out and I had to move out. He said he's not happy. He didn't try to work things out he kicks me out grabs my stuff throws it out the door. His excuse because I started going out to dinner with girlfriends and he didn't like the time I came home. I asked what about his papers he said he was a citizen already and he didn't need my signature or me anymore. he kept our car that we would go half and half on it's almost paid off. It's under my name. He has threaten to take my son away from me. I only get to see my son on the weekends. i found out he's been having a gf who has moved in with him and is now pregnant. we are not divorced yet. Il like to know my options all I want is the custody of my son and my car. can he get in trouble for this? I was nothing nice to this man never did him wrong the way he treats me it's like he hates me when in reality I was the one used so badly =(

You need a good lawyer. You may well be correct, but it would be difficult to prove. There is no reason you shouldn't get custody of your son if you have a stable living situation. He can't keep a car that is in your name and he has no right to throw you out if your name is on the lease. Demand the car now and if he refuses to turn it over, call the police. Get some legal help ASAP. You have been pushed around by this man long enough and it's time to put a stop to it and stand up for yourself and your son.

Regarding your question if he could get into trouble, the answer is "extremely unlikely". It will be extremely difficult to prove that your marriage was a fraud only to circumvent immigration laws. A government officer made the determination that your marriage was not a fraud, and unless there is hardcore evidence that would dispute that fact, no immigration judge would strip him of his citizenship. The fact that you have a child together and the marriage was consummated, well, that's already hard to prove that your marriage was a fraud. No immigration judge would deport him and basically make it impossible for him to see his US born son. Forget it, don't waste any thought going down that path because it will not work.

Now, regarding your car, if it is only under your name, then he has no rights to withhold it from you. You can press charges against him for withholding it. Regarding custody of your child, it depends on a host of circumstances (i.e. who took care of your son mainly, do you have a stable place to live, source of income, etc.). That's up to divorce court really.

First you need to show this guy that you are not scared of him. The car is in your name, go to the Police. You will get it back.
Now you need A good Attorney to help you with this.

He can't even be a citizen by marrying you, how could his whole family? 

I don't see anything in the story that says he used you for citizenship. 

He just doesn't want you anymore. Move on. Contact a marriage attorney.

get a lawyer and at the same time request the lawyer to inform ICE that you did not find this out until after the fact and you was deceived and ICE was deceived because he lied to both of you ,and he was just using you ,the green card can be revoke,first make sure you get your lawyer to get your child,anything that was owned or purchase while you were together has to be divided between him and you

Get a lawyer.  If the car is in your name you can get it.  You can probably get your son also.  The only reason the child is there is because it's a settled home.  You will have to show you settled down in a nice apartment/condo/home and they will let you have him.  Tip:  fight dirty.
