Best advanced point-and-shoot cameras under $200?

Right now I own a fully automatic Sony Cybershot 12.1 MP and looking to upgrade.

I'm looking for a easily portable point and shoot that has semi-manual features (aperture priority, time priority, adjust ISO). Nothing too fancy, something under $200.

All suggestions are welcome! Thanks.

In my view, these are the best cameras you can get under $200.

    Nikon P310:

    http://www.amazon.com/Nikon-COOLPIX-Digital-Camera...

    Canon SX150:

    http://www.amazon.com/Canon-PowerShot-Wide-Angle-S...

The lenses are above average quality for compact cameras and they both have manual exposure controls. They have recently been discontinued (which does not mean they are obsolete), and the current discount is about half the price they originally sold for. The only issue is they are limited to stock on hand.

And in my view, the Canon SX150 is better than the SX160.

The Canon SX 160 IS has the control you want, and it will fit your budget. Canon has crammed 16 megapixels into the tiny sensor, and that gives it smudgy noise reduction artifact.

If you can increase your budget, the Canon SX280 HS is marked down to $270 at Amazon at the moment. That has a more modest 12 MP, which should give it better quality.
