Misdiagnosed yeast infection?

I've been having issues w/ my vagina for months. I thought they were yeast infections, but now I'm not so sure. Here's what happens.

First, I get dry down there. Then I get sticky white goop inside. It is more mucus-like and gooey around my cervix. After a while the sticky white goop turns to thick yellow mucus (It reminds me of a sinus infection) and starts to flow out even though I still feel dry overall. It is sometimes blood streaked. At this point I usually get some type of yeast infection treatment. Once I had to wait and it got pale orange and creamy. (A mixture of the white, yellow and blood, maybe?)

Those treatments helped (It took much longer than it should have) but I just went back to the sticky white goop stage and it keeps coming back. I've been to the Dr and got pills for a yeast infection twice even though they never looked down there but it returns.

Could I have something else?

I am sexually active, but I've only had one monogamous partner.

Update:

I CAN feel my cervix, I can hook my finger all the way around it, my vagina is very short and my cervix is on the side, not the top and it's less than two finger joints inside. I know what the mucus is like up there because I can feel it.

Update 2:

My Dr did test me for diabetes the second time. My sugar was normal, he said it was better than his, lol.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

First off, you cannot see your cervix. It is far up inside you and you cannot even touch it.

That sounds like a very bad infection of some sort. I don't care if you have had one partner or 10. Go to another doctor. You need to be EXAMINED not just talked to. That's absurd. If you had a yeast infection it would itch like crazy and you didn't mention that at all.

You could be very very ill. Go to a doctor and demand an examination.

I think the creams usually recommend waiting a week or so before engaging in sex or any penetration because the vaginal tissue has to heal itself. Some 3 day creams don't work for everyone. The doctor might prescribe an anti-fungal pill or a 7 day cream. Don't have sex for about a week, if you do use the cream. Also, did you use protection when you had sex? You can past the infection on to your partner, if not.

You if thought you had a yeast infection, the doctor should have definitely taken a look. You should make another appointment and tell the doctor to actually take a look this time.
