Physical copy of ROM?

So I have a slightly edited (by me) ROM of Pokemon Emerald, and I'd really like to have a hard copy of it that I could play either in my DSi or GBA SP.

I have heard about flashcarts and the like, but does anyone have any specific suggestions/instructions for what I can do? I'd really like to have either a usable DS card with it or a GBA cartridge with it. Does anyone know where I could get one and how to do this?
