    D) PCl3 will not be trigonal planar because it is sp3 hybridized. P has 5 valence electrons total and it only uses 3 in bonding to the chlorines, meaning that it will have a lone pair of valence electrons left over in addition to the 3 Cl bonds it forms, making it tetrahedral and not trigonal planar.

    B , D and E will be non planar
