SCREEN - 1080 x 1920 pixels, 5.0 inches vs 720 x 1280 pixels, 4.8 inches screen
CPU Quad-core 1.5 GHz Krait(MUCH POWERFUL) vs Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A9 (Dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait USA version)
GPU Adreno 320 vs Mali-400MP (Adreno 225 USA version)
2 GB RAM vs 1 GB RAM (2 GB in USA model)
The S3 has the following advantages:-
The camera is quite good and better than DNA although same megapixel.
Expandable memory(up to 64GB can be added with micro SD card).
Is getting software updates.
AMOLED screen is preferred by some over the traditional LCD that DNA has.
You also get 50 GB of dropbox space for 2 years.
lighter than DNA.
Both have it's plus and minus, choose according to your requirement.
