I'm kinda worried about the PSU. Is it enough for this or do I need more? Also will that graphics card run a game like Far Cry 3 or BF3 on medium to high settings with a decent fps?

This is my 1st build so I'm being precautious with the parts and am on a budget.

You might want a 600 Watt power supply for future upgrades but overall this seems fine. Also, you would run great frames on far cry for the most part. At good settings.

sounds like a great rig... by that i mean my personal rig is almost the exact same including the case and CPU , might look for a better motherboard and you can run farcry with no issues i run it on high with the same setup at 1920x1080

also i agree may want to upgrade to a 550+W psu for future proofing

it is going to play the main recent video games, yet maximum of them will artwork sluggish on severe settings. Why? Celeron isn't the gaming cpu sequence. Get an i3,i5 intel cpu, or a Phenom quad middle from AMD.
