Ive recently lost 100 lbs and I now weigh 185 lbs but now my butt is saggy how do I tighten up my butt?
I want a really tight butt to match my nice body that I now obtain but due to the massive amount of weight I've lost my buttocks is somewhat very loose due to the excess skin and just lack of fat that used to be there how do I tighten my skin back up to achieve a nice sect firm ***? Do squats and other leg exercises to tighten it up.

Squats give you great glutes. Depending on how big your sag is, In some cases cosmetic surgery is really the only way to reduce the flabby skin. If you want you can contact me.

One good way is to play sports. But another one is butt squeezes! What u do is basically squeeze ur butt as hard as u can and hold it for like 3 seconds. Do that in ur free time

Isn't there surgery for excessive skin like that?
Anyways, I believe squats(preferably weighted) and lunges can help.
