Need help losing some (details inside)?

Last year my mom's insurances decided to change my asthma medicine (this year i will be getting my own insurance again) This has caused me to gain 45 pounds, i just look noticeably thicker is all but this added weight is horrible for my feet (and one of my ankles are bad). I was big growing up so this weight gain isn't much of a drag to me but did lose alot weight due to my stomach illness but i am at my highest weight which is 227 (lost 3 pounds from exercising). Before this weight gain, i was 182, i have GERD and IBS, i will be going to my G.I doctor next month and i am also about to look for a dietitian that takes my mom's insurance.

I just need some tips while waiting for a doctor to help me lose some weight, i work 6 days a week overnight at the post office (labor job) and i go to school 3 days a week until the end up may, so basically my eating times are a bit hetic, but i don't really eat much, also if anyone seen this on facebook i am currently doing Glen Ro's bootcamp 5/100 challenge and also the 30-day squat challenge, this is how i lost 3 pounds.

I just don't know what to do anymore.....

Thank you for reading..

    Firstly: stay strong!!

I've been trying to loose weight too, and this method

Might not work for you, but what you do is just ignore the scale and eat lots of fruit and veg. Take multivitamins and if you don't have time to exercise, just simply walk to work or to school or both or if it's too far away, walk to the next stop instead of the first one :)

Sometimes just going for a walk can make a whole lot of a difference.

Make sure you're eating enough though otherwise you'll be more hungry with more temptation, and more crabby (happens to me. Might not happen to you). And look at every day and think: I'm lucky to still be alive, and to make sure that I can live to the fullest, I will listen to my body and do what it needs to stay fit :)))))

Congrats on loosing 3 pounds !!!!!!!!!! And good luck with the rest of you journey :)

if you're serious about getting healthy - (I'm not on this plan) but I know someone also suffering from GERD and IBS as well as diabetes..she went on Paleo lifestyle. some 30 day reboot and then followed (still following) the Paleo diet. it's a lifestyle change - but she says after the 30 day reboot she felt like a new person for the 1st time in years. maybe read about it and see if it's for you.

oh and another thing...go join a group called Sleekgeek SA..a great support structure, all sorts of different ppl who will give you tips on how to eat etc. most of them are on Paleo but not all so even if you decide not to go on paleo they will still help you
