how should i cut my hair?

Question

my hair is dark brown (dark chestnut) and I'm quite pale (light olive). I'm in desperate need of a hair cut, because of lots of split ends i wanted to get it cut a bit light shane's from the L word (yes I'm a lesbian) like this >

problem my hair is frizzy and really wavy when it is that short and i don't have time to straighten it. 
any other nice ideas ? 

fyi its mid length-long at the moment

if it gets frizzy and wavy have it cut to your collar bone with very textured with a lot of heavy layers. This should keep it heavy enough but it will get rid of the split ends and look more like that.

How about a chin length reverse bob style.
This should clean up your split ends and give your hair movement and swing.
