Which laptop Hard Drive is better for gaming?
1TB 5,400 RPM SATA 3Gb/s
or
1TB RAID 0 (2x 500GB SATA 3B/s 7,200 RPM)
and is there a significant difference?

The second one. You want it because the 7200 RPM tells you how fast and how much info your PC can bring from the HDD to your computer for what it needs. (Basically its faster . Get it) lol

the raid by far and yes their is a HUGE DIFFERENCE the raid 0 configuration allows you to access data twice as fast . i am not clear on how you are going to hook up a raid system to a laptop since a laptop has only one sata port internally.

Second one might be better, but there is no significant difference.
