How do I format my laptop w/out disk?

I have a Fujitsu Amilo Notebook Li 3910, and it did not come with an installation disk. The OS is Windows 7 Home Premium, is there anyway to format it completely to its factory state without the disk?

    When you press the power button, start tapping the F12 key and see if you get a BIOS menu. If your lucky it will have the factory recovery selection that will allow you to restore the laptop to factory settings.

    If not contact Fujitsu and see if you can buy the recovery DVD.

    1. Reboot, and press F8.

    2. Select Repair.

    3. Select Reinstall Windows and follow prompts.

    ***This will erase all your unsaved data!***
