KIMSNG-130507: Why isn't Voice Conferencing working correctly?

Description: This addresses an issue where customers are reporting that they are not able to use the Voice Conferencing feature correctly due to not hearing voice and buttons not functions correctly.

Current Status: Our engineers are actively investigating this issue and working to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

If you're still unable to use the Voice Conferencing function after performing the steps in the article above, please reply to this Known Issue post with the following information:

1. Operating system installed on your computer

2. The version of Yahoo! Messenger installed

3. Steps leading up to the error and any error messages you may have received

    What Yahoo team are doing? This is a known issue that has last for more than three weeks now, I use yahoo voice conference almost everyday and since three weeks ago is disable. I tried to report the problem many times and I'm just getting stupid answers about how to troubleshoot. YAHOO team, this service was working fine and sudently stop working with no error msg. This is an internal YAHOO technical problem as a lot of people are afected now, please escalate it and increase the severity to have the problem resolve.

    I tried the troubleshooting and it still doesn't work. Was this a planned event to get rid of the functionality?

    1. Windows 7

    2. 11.5.0.228

    3. No steps, it just stopped. No error messages.

    Any news on how it is going with the repair of Conference with voice? It has been over two weeks.

    Now it is over 3 weeks. Is anything being done to fix Voice Conference and why aren't we being

    informed of what is happening? I check every day over and over to see if voice is back in conference.

    I can use voice call but with that you can only talk to one person. Even that is not working 100%.

    Now on May 26th voice call isn't ringing. What is happening with yahoo?

    Is now June 20th and still no voice in conference. What is going on. None of us in my group have voice in conference. And we are in different areas of North America. We can't all be having the same trouble with our computer at the same time.

    Koye, it is the sweetest poem i've got study in extremely awhile. isn't it marvelous how those little beings, that come from our childrens, capture us thoroughly? Its the icing on the cake...and the cake is extraordinarily good. God is sweet...he has rewarded you in existence. thank you for sharing.

    Still no conferencing? pc tp PC is fine so was this disabled?
