Can i take all my gummy vitamins at once?
I have adault gummy vitamens with calcuim amd D3 and im supose to take 3 a day can i do it al at once

Spreading them out is better for the water soluble nutrients which your body cannot store. For other nutrients it doesn't matter. If you eat fruit and whole grains during a meal then you'll get the water soluble vites. Then you could skip that gummy vitamin and take it at the same time as another gummy vitamin instead.
