I want to increase my weight.i heard peanuts will help.?

But pls suggest me whether i have to eat boiled peanuts or fried peanuts ?

    cashew nuts and almonds ( kaju and badam) to be put in mixi prepare a powder with 1:1.

    Take along with glass of milk by mixing two spoons full everyday ( milk with sugar). you have to take this two times a day. this is apart from your regular diet what ever you eat daily. after a month you will be + 5 kgs, this is my practical experience. you can try and send you thanks message to me once you are through.

    Yes peanuts are a good source of proteins. Any nut for that matter fried/boiled help in adding some weight. Especially cashews and badam. If you're a non vegetarian, then go for eggs as they're the best source of proteins.

    Any kind of nut prepared in any way would help you with this because nuts are high in calories but also they are very good for you nutrition wise. I would suggest staying away from highly salted nuts if you are planning on eating a lot of them. Also you can use peanut or almond butter to increase the calories of other foods like toast or apples/bananas.
