How can I open a PDF file?

I'm on Internet Explorer, Windows 7

    If you have Adobe Acrobat or PDF reader, you can open it easily if 1. You save it to your computer or 2. You click on the link to it.

    When you click the link it'll either open automatically or give you options. If you have a pdf reader installed on your computer, anyways.

    Open the PDF and it should work. Here you go!

    Depend if you have adobe if not download then save file then click open in adobe
