Is the Too Faced Lash Lining Tool worth buying?
I've noticed that I've been applying my top eyeliner more thickly and I don't like it as it looks like too much. I want to have a more natural look when wearing eyeliner and I was wondering if the Too Faced Lash Lining Tool would help me achieve thinner more natural looking lines on my upper lashline? Does anyone know if this is waterproof or not? Also can you use it on your tightline? Thanks!:)

I think you're talking about the 3 Way Lash Lining Too, right?
It really does help you achieve the thinnest line. I just use it to dot right up against my last line and it's really easy to get the liner at the roots of my lashes. I've read that it's good for tight lining and for your waterline, but I haven't even tried it.
But it isn't waterproof. I was wearing it and tear up from allergies.. It was not very nice.
