which is a better deal?
OK, I am booking a cruise with Carnival. (I am a past guest)
There is one for Key West, Jamaica & Grand Turk. It costs 377 and the rate is $377 (cost per person I think) The whole cost is $1,912.56. The rate is called ''The More the Merrier'' This is for FOUR people. Deck is Riviera
The 2nd choice is the rate which is $456 (rate is the cost per person I think)and the total cost is 1,671.92. This is for THREE people. This rate is called ''Fun & Family -Past Guest'' We also get a better deck (Verandah)
Obviously the 2nd choice is cheaper but I want to know which deal is better. The first one is an extra person coming.

Well, the first choice would essentially be 1,912.56 divided among four people, which would be $478.14 per person, total. The second choice is 1,671.92 divided among three people, which is $557.31. So, the first choice would be the better deal, based solely on price.
