He not only ruin the Girls life's,but look at the grief he brought on the family of the girls all those years. Also the jail are overcrowded and people are taxed to death paying for crime, lawyer,judges,police, just the hole system is costly.

The girls lives are not ruined. They have a whole lifetime ahead of them.
He should get 100+ years in prison though
Babies are killed every day all over America its legal as long as they are still inside the mother
