Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Special question regarding some Classic Doctor Who.?
This is more for people who are knowledgeble with Classic Doctor Who stories and the Doctor's history...Spoilers for those who haven't seen the old series.
So its pretty common knowledge that we are going to be seeing David Tennant in the role of the 10th Doctor again in the special. If the timeline goes all wibbly wobbly, and it turns out to be the Doctor that was left with Rose at Bad Wolf Bay at the end of Series 4, do you think it could be a way to bring in the character of The Valeyard (from Classic Who serial, "Trial of a Time Lord")? I know that incarnation of the Doctor can't regenerate, but we've been blindsided with contrary info before, plus there is the first rule...(The Doctor lies).
I doubt they'll go this route, but it would be pretty damned interesting, don't you think?

Now that you mention it I would enjoy that twist. Or at least seeing how they would pull it off. Im wanting to see something that goes back to Classic Doctor Who lore. such as Gallifrey coming back or the Time Lords(somewhere that would not threaten Earth), maybe even a return from Omega or the Rani. I wouldnt want to get some kind of clip show or basic adventure from it.
