This is more for people who are knowledgeble with Classic Doctor Who stories and the Doctor's history...Spoilers for those who haven't seen the old series.

So its pretty common knowledge that we are going to be seeing David Tennant in the role of the 10th Doctor again in the special. If the timeline goes all wibbly wobbly, and it turns out to be the Doctor that was left with Rose at Bad Wolf Bay at the end of Series 4, do you think it could be a way to bring in the character of The Valeyard (from Classic Who serial, "Trial of a Time Lord")? I know that incarnation of the Doctor can't regenerate, but we've been blindsided with contrary info before, plus there is the first rule...(The Doctor lies).

I doubt they'll go this route, but it would be pretty damned interesting, don't you think?
