Ranking of the top 12 languages ( to master/to be proficient in ) for N. America & Globally for employment?

I am not sure of the order but I would include in the N. America list:

English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, German, Italian, Arabic ( not sure which kind/Egyptian or ?) ...? others?

Globally: ...?

Update:

try to put them in order or importance please ( you can leave English out , as it's a given)

    English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Tagalog, German, Russian, Arabic, Armenian, Italian

    but not necessarily in that order.
