Do you speak good english? Job interview question?

What should I say? I don't know if they are asking do I speak good English because im from the UK or just great English as in verbal and written?

    They want to know if you speak good English, are they going to be able to understand you.

    Usually when asking about language experience, they are referring to the latter, as good communication skills are necessary to do the job well.
