For a resume, is it better to use a text resume or use one from Microsoft Word?
For large career boards like Monster or Careerbuilder, is it better to use a text resume so it get through the system's applicant track system or just use a word resume? For Craigslist, I use a Microsoft Word resume, but for the large job boards, I am leaning towards using a text resume? What in your opinion is better?

Most websites like Monster prefer Microsoft Word and also accept Text. However, if you apply via an on-line application form, Microsoft Word is recommended.
