    "A group of producers"

....I turned off Ace Hood for this, so this better be good...

    First Impression Analysis:

    - Awwwww sheeit my dude InBetween Mindstates!!! Airborne and Melancholic are amazing, love it a lot. Got that Clams Casino feel that I quite enjoy.

    - ....Esco really tried to capture that grimy extremely low quality southern trap sound....

    - Liked "Nothing" and "Summer" (the vocals were not needed on this track though, they actually terrified me. Maybe if they were more muffled and buried into the beat I would like them) the most. I'm a sucker for piano loops, can't help myself. Really liked the drums he used on each beat too.

    - Smack Lloyd is nice, but I kept waiting for the beat to shift a bit on each song. Never happened. Too loop-like. Oh well, still pretty nice.

    First:

Thanks to Dtm for suggesting the idea to do this in the first place , and setting up the page,name,cover...props, dude is a legend.

    Secondly:

    @that CJ dude

I used to only make original beats, I have only started sampling (note not looping) this year, and honestly found the latter more difficult, and also I think with sampling its similar in a sense to a singer doing a cover and putting their own spin on it and reinterpreting it their own way. I personally think its interesting and that it can be even more of a challenge at times I find.

I gather from what you have written it would seem your projecting your failings as a someone who also make beats onto us unnecessarily. I think its largly due to the way you have chosen to define 'success' and a need for you to be thought of as being in the 'big leagues', I would gather from that things haven't quite panned out for you, and so you write a rage essay taking out said perceived failings, onto a group of people who simply make beats because they enjoy it and hoped that people would too. Am I right or am I right huh?

    Last but not least

    Shout out to :

    Dtm,Esco & MusicDFX/Smack Lloyd , and anyone who took the time to listen/download <3

You guys did a great job mayne.

I'm not feeling strong about my "Coming Clean" beat doe:(. Idk.

    :D K thanks.

@CJ, It's called sampling. Producers do it all the time. Besides I messed around with the sample. I used the original loop just for the beginning then I flipped it around. It's not like I made people pay for the track anyways it was free.

@CJ, I just f*cking said I mess around with the loop. I only used the original in the beginning because the sample I messed around with didn't fit well. I added my own lead that sample that wasn't snatched but chopped up was mostly for the background vibe anyways. I didn't snatch it. I spent 2 or 3 f*cking weeks on "Ride to This" Beat. Every day. I didn't even know Dr. Dre or Diddy supposedly did that. What I did was sampling. Every damn producer I've ever listened to sampled and I sampled the way they sampled it. Please OH Please name a "real" producer in Hip-Hop who doesn't sample like that!

I don't think I dislike a beat on the entire album! Have you put it on DatPiff too? Good job people. Im working on a few more bangers at the mo ready for the next one haha

@ CJ - We haven't just 'looped' something from another rap song. Every single one of my beats, I've looked through hundreds of tracks and records to SAMPLE and mess with, I dont just cut a piece and put a loop to it. I create the drums from scratch how I want them to sound, I flip and chop pieces of jazz/funk/soul records that I (me personally) think would could be well made into a hip hop track, it takes much skill to master the art of sampling!

Name me three top producers who don't believe in the art of sampling? Cos I can list ALOT that sample throughout their entire producer history/career

    RZA

    Dr.Dre

    DJ Premier

    Alchemist

    Pete Rock

    Statik Selectah

    Havoc (Mobb Deep)

Scott Storch (even though he makes most of his fresh from the piano, he still uses samples occasionally)

    J Dilla

    9th Wonder

    MF DOOM

    Just Blaze

    DJ Quik

    Diamond D

    Kanye West

    Eric B

    Large Professor

    Lord Finesse

    Name me three that don't?
