What do you do when u miss ur ex so bad?
this guy was my everything but hes so cold to me now , he came home from Afghanistan asw soldier and seems to of gotten mean ,he said hes fine but he viciously cut me out of his life am i stupidly miss him. I.miss how things were i obsess over how i could not care about someone you once loved . He doesn't even check to see if im.ok .
I feel stupid missing hom an think of him being wity another girl an it kills me deep down.
Im trying not to think of him bit it hurts. Any tricks you learned to help stop caring about someone ?

He could have PTSD...I would give him space for a while if you think it is worth it.

try to move on to someone else . if u really care hopefully you will be happy he is happy .
