What sort of job can I do/get, In Regional Australia?

I am in constant non stop chronic pain some days better then others, And can become randomly paralyzed with unbearable pain from the waist down, This can happen as I said at random and can last for 3 days to up to so far 3 weeks so far. I have seeked medical help, But although they know what is wrong nothing so far can be done to fix the problems. I hate not being to work and really miss working, Also I can't read due to a brain condition and have bad phone skills. So all that considered what is there I can do for work?
