How can I change this on my galaxy S4?
So I recently bought a Galaxy s4 and its the international version.I tried to open samsung apps or hub and it said smth like its not available in your country or the service its not ready for your country.I do live in a country that many things arent available now but does anyone knows how to change that so I can download wallpapers,ringtones etc ?

try rooting ur s4 .. caution if does rooting ur warranty will be void..
