Which camera is a better choice?
I am going to be doing some traveling in the upcoming months and want to invest in a camera to take pictures along the way. Right now I am trying to decide between:
Nikon - Coolpix S9400 18.1-Megapixel Digital Camera- http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Nikon+-+Coolpix+S9400+...
NIKON - Coolpix L820 16.0-Megapixel Digital Camera- http://www.bestbuy.com/site/NIKON+-+Coolpix+L820+1...
I don't really know much about cameras, so I'm looking for one that will be easy to use and take high quality pictures! Which one is the best choice out of these two?
Thank you!

Well first of all, congratulations on your upcoming trip and your decision to get a new camera. The advice I would give to you, as I would give anyone, is this: try it out and get a feel for it. See which one you can use the menus and functions on the best. Pick which one feels right to you.
It's a popular trend to buy the camera with the most mega pixels, but you really only need a high meg. pic. if you are going to make it REALLY big (and get REALLY close to it). Most movie posters are printed with no more than 8-14 mp. cameras.
Now that you got the tech-talk, just go to snap sort and compare the two (link below). They tell you what each camera has and each ones benefits. I hope you have fun on your adventure with your new camera!
