I'm in the Army Reserve and I want to know What happens if I don't report to drill on a regular basis. Say I miss 4 months of drill

They will toss you into the sea Private. You will get a OTH with a RE3
Edit: Wine, Are they now using Desertion for the basis of the warrant? I will guess you know how they handle NG as well...has to at least be a bit different since they are not under UCMJ like a Reservist. I saw some guys go away but never knew what the reason was as they did not work for me.

After missing 9 UTAs...(2 weekends and the Sat morn of the 3rd) they will issue a warrant for your arrest, the sheriff will come and lock your sorry a$$ in jail, then you will be processed for an OTH
@7of9...and that was still the case up until about 5 years ago. Now they don't even mess around with it.

In 1993 when I was a reservist, you miss three drills and you will be discharged into the IRR where you can still be activated and deployed.

you are in UA status. law enforcement will hunt you down (rather slowly).
when they have you under arrest they turn you into MP's and they take you to separations.
they you just await orders to get separated with an other than honorable (OTH)
