In theory, because you have other iOS devices, the Apple TV should be your choice. The reality is if you have not purchased a significant amount of content from iTunes, Apple TV is very limiting. Apple TV does have most of the paid services, but the Roku offers 100s of channels. Many of which are free. The bottom line is simple. If you are a serious iTunes video customer, go with Apple TV. If not stick with the Roku.
