Only Arsenal and Spurs from the top 5 will have the same manager next season, barring some utterly unforeseen events at the Emirates, White Heart Lane or Stamford Bridge. Whilst I rate Moyes they will be in transition, as will Man City. Who knows with Chelsea? Will Mourinho have the same impact as he had last time?
If Arsenal finish top 4 they'll be able to attract better players than if they finish 5th, assuming the money that is in the kitty will be spent. Then it's how quickly the new players integrate. Maybe only Spurs will be the only club not in transition!
As likely as any other current top 5 team really. No-one else is going to join the party.

Initally, I agree with you that the Arsenal team lack the depth of players. They did not have a sufficient amount of players nor have the appropriate players to step up to the challenge. A lot of players over-played and were too tired. Secondly, I think that if Arsenal are going to win next season, they would need to buy replacements and reassess how this team is going to turn out. But Arsenal fans like me, have to keep faith in Wenger and see what happens. I really do hope he makes the right choices. Furthermore, there have been numerous rumours about Adebayor and Hleb willing to join other big clubs like AC Milan and Barcelona respectively. Another major problem I think is that if we are going to lift the cup, we really need to keep our best players in this team. Otherwise, we would have to start from zero and build around a new set of players. Also, that would take a few years to do so and miss chances of winning the Premier League. Finally, if everything goes according to plan, I don't see any reason why we can't win and become champions of England and possibly even the Champions League. We already have great players and upcoming stars (e.g. Toure, Clichy, Sagna, Eduardo, Rosicky, Van Persie, Denilson etc.) to do so. They are starting to gel into a team and we can't possibly take the risk to start all over again.

I think Arsenal and Chelsea will be the 2 clubs contesting for the title next season...

I've recently set up a new page. I will be placing my season predictions for each league up. This year I got the Premier league, Serie A, Bundesliga and La Liga correct.
I think if Mourinho and Falcao go to Chelsea then they look good value with Fergie gone.

the odds are going to be pretty high could be as high as 20-1 maybe.
it might be worth putting a couple of quid. with the other big clubs changing managers they might be some instabilty so arsenal might just win it
highly unlikely but worth putting a few quid on it
