    It makes no difference at all. But his lame claim does tend to corroborate the claims that his investigations are nothing more then witch hunts.

    Perhaps one describes the act, while the other describes who did it.

    All acts of terrorism are scary. Terrorist acts are only the ones committed by terrorists.
