Can I get my "ice cream sandwich" back?

Once you have updated the software in your phone you cannot go back, at least the legal way. You can, however, flash a custom rom into your phone to bring it back to ICS, but I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you know what you're doing as it could permanently damage your phone.

Root your phone and flash a ICS rom, thats the only way to get back to ICS. It will void your warranty btw. Hope this helps. :)
