I'm not too sure about the oily skin.
However, I can help with the eczema patches. I suffer from quite severe eczema, especially in the summer months.
I find the Simple products are very good. The moisturizer is very soothing, great for calming down the eczema and getting rid of dryness, and it has the benefit that all of the Simple range has to offer... no perfume etc.
This means it doesn't irritate the dry areas, as many moisturizers with perfume or scent in can make it worse rather than better!
Hope I helped!

Well
I want to give a personal testimony and highly recommend this natural eczema curing method for any eczema suffers:

I have been suffering from eczema since when I was just a kid and none of the many products I tried ever really worked. My eczema kept coming back again because I was never really addressing the root of the problem

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.

I can't help with the oily part, but as for the dry patches, I use Cerave and Aquaphor and they work magic for me! They really help clear up my eczema. You can find them at your local drugstore.

You have combination skin. I have the same thing. I would use a good moisturizer no matter what. I also you a primer under the mineral powder that I use which keeps the shine away for most of the day.
