Several months ago our well...?

went dry and we had to go down a couple hundred feet more to strike water again. After all this time our water is kind of cloudy and leaves behind a gray hard-to-remove stain? Any ideas what could be happening? (We have a whole house water filter.) Thanks.

    I`ll recommend you to test your water, it might not be drinkable. It is possible that you did hit a different stream and a polluted one.
